Defiantly nice for a insulated leak proof water bottle to finally fit into a cup holder rather than rolling all over the car and seems very sturdy. Accidently dropped this item right onto the plastic top onto the blacktop and just a scratch. Unlike my last bottle of a different brand which the plastic cap exploded under the same test. Unfortunately nothing is perfect. The slimmer base and tall design makes it top heavy and easy to knock over. The flip up straw is TOO easy to move and the flow will be interrupted if you so much as move it while drinking, needs to be tighter and there is not way to tighten it. Lastly all cup holders are different shapes and sizes and I find the base to be slightly too small for most cup holders, combine this with the top heavy nature and it moves around a lot while driving. If you have a 3D printer and can made a custom sleeve to your cupholder, that would be the play. Also I would like more capacity but i drink a lot of water. Overall a great bottle, not perfect but as close as I can find.

The bottle color is as expected. The new straw design is not as good in my opinion as the old designs from like five years ago. They are flimsy and they require an angled placement in order to work properly. I worry it may pop open. I got the bottle bottom protector and it’s already slipped off somehow despite being a proper fit. I ordered a custom addition to this and it said it would ship in 3 business days and dint ship for over a week. Lastly, the company promoted a discount if you sign up for emails and texts, I did that and never got my coupon. Contacted sales rep and they did not help with that which was unfortunate because hat was part of why I bought it.

Overall hydro flask is still a good product but u was not impressed with customer service or the new additions of the bottle protector sleeve bottom and the new straw.

I absolutely love the color of the bottle - it reminds me of lavender but more pastel - and the fact that it fits in my cupholder in the car. The straw cap is also more convenient, I can use one hand to open it and drink while I'm driving rather than using two hands. I can definitely see that I'm more hydrated as a result of getting this bottle.

Also, if you're thinking of getting your bottle engraved, do it! Mine came out beautifully, and it just makes the bottle feel more like it's mine. It's amazing how one simple change to the bottle makes you feel differently about it. I highly recommend this bottle and the engraving.

I've been a long time Hydroflask user. My first purchase was in college, so sometime around 2011. Since then, Hydroflask has kept up with the latest in thermal technology and it shows with this product. The ice in this canteen stays for quite a long time in comparison to my two older Hydroflask bottles. I'm proud to rep a brand that has been making great products for a long time. My other two bottles are beaten and bruised and I love carrying them around. I'm thrilled to have a bigger, meaner bottle in my lineup.
