I bought these after looking for a long time. I decided to buy the copper color and I really like them. I replaced 2 pair of silk draperies that I had made several years ago. I really like the silk draperies I made and thought these would look really cheap, but they look nice. They were wrinkled, so I washed them in cold and slightly dried them on low with a dryer sheet added. I took them out of the dryer, shook them and let them finish air drying. The cotton velvet has a richer look that polyester velvet and I think washing them fluffed them up some. They are really pretty. I still plan to repair the silk drapery so that I can change them up from time to time. It would be nice if there were more color selections in this item, such as a sage green. I do think that the velvet drapery from years ago was more plush that this fabric.

I thought a long time about what panels to buy. I bought these in copper. They are very nice. I very wrinkled when I received them, but I washed them in cold, dried them on low heat with a drier sheet until damp. I shook them out and let them continue to air dry. I think carefully washing them (one panel per load) fluffed the velvet up. They look better than I expected, and I really like them. I am wondering if the Fieldcrest brand is more plush, they look like the same product on-line. This is a cotton velveteen fabric which to me has a richer look than polyester velvet. It would be nice if there was a sage or emerald green. More colors to choose from would be good.

I like the curtain quality but they arrive not only terribly wrinkled(due to their tight packaging) but the measurements are one inch shorter in length.

Also, found that one panel had spotting in the fabric(dye ) which I could not brush off.
Although it is a good price for the money (measures 50 by 95 not 96) I will be returning them. That inch makes a big difference when hung. The color I bought is Truffle. Like another reviewer stated this color has apurple-brownish coloration and is on the dark side. But if you are willing to accept these things, then buy them.

These curtains look amazing in our modern living and dining rooms! I expected them to be more blue than gray, but they are gray with just a hint of blue. They are easy to work with. I will need to steam out the wrinkles from being folded in the packaging. The wrinkles arent coming out on their own while they hang. They are well-made and quality fabric. They really do function as blackout curtains against our western-facing windows. Our house gets hot in the afternoon and evening, and these will help.
